He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Hagen and Katie Hagen (Whitcomb); his wife Joyce E. Aupperle; his son Randy; and his siblings, LuDell, Walt, Don, Bill, Charles, Doris, Sue, Janet and Florene.
He is survived by: his children, Rod Hagen of Anita, Jeff Hagen (Angela) of Grimes, IA, Jerry Hagen of Anita and Janet Spry (Clint) of Anita; and his daughter-in-law Trudy Hagen of Atlantic, IA. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and Eleven great grandchildren.
