He was predeceased by : his siblings, Charles, Robert, Carol and Wilma. He is survived by : his wife Anne Murphy; and his children, Teresa Peterson-Smith (Scott) of Boone, IA, Brian Peterson (Sandy) of Fairfield, IA, Bruce Peterson of Anita, IA. and Delmar Walker.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Anita Library, Evergreen Cemetery, or the Methodist Church in Anita.
