We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2023, at the age of 95, Richard Neighbors of Anita, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herman and Annie Williams; his wife Karol (Kaufmann); and his grandson Nathan. He is survived by: his son Rick; and his grandchildren, Morgan Phippen (Deanna) of Florence and Trevor (Kailey). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
