She was predeceased by: her parents, Audra Gibbs and Marcella Gibbs (Sally); her sister-in-law Ev Gibbs; and also, Merrill, Gladys Nichols, Art Hill and Lee Nichols.

She is survived by: her husband Dave Nichols; her children, Fletcher Nichols and Jennifer Nichols; her brother Lans Gibbs; her sisters-in-law, Edy Hill and Lillian Nichols; and also Evelyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and two grandchildren.
