She is survived by: her husband Bruce Alff of Anita; her children, Janice Worline (Shawn) of Anita, Jason Alff (Nikki) of Anita and Jarad Alff of Anita; her grandchildren, Ashley DeBates, Shelby Alff, Joshua DeBates, Conner Alff and Kylie Alff; her siblings, Sam Metheny (Linda) of Dubuque, Sandy Paulsen (Steve) of Anita, Steve Metheny of Anita and Cathie Alff of Anita; and her siblings-in-law, Connie Riesselmann (Steve) of Vail and Howard Alff (Marie) of Anita.
