He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Irene Russell (Donnor) and Truman Russell; and his siblings, Harry Russell, Roland Russell and Laverta Prouty.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Russell (Fenn) of Anita; his daughters, Pam Russell of Anita, Deb Frazier (Randy) of Atlantic and Teri Russell (Ehren) of Anita; his grandchildren, Britney, Nathan, Randy Jr., Christina, Melinda, Shawn, Tonya, Jason, Brandon, Haley and Kenzie; his great grandchildren, Avalon, Brooklyn, Brinsley, Milan, Codi, Jordan, Jolena, Jasmin, Taylor, Geno, Mia, Anthony Jr., Ashlynne, Grayson and Brixen; his great great grandchildren, Maverick, Whiley and Denali; and his siblings, Roger Russell (Barb), Donald Russell (Donna), Oliver Russell (Kathy), Kenny Russell (Barb), Margie McKey (Tom), Diane Kempf (Bob) and Edna Recker (Leroy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
