He was predeceased by: his parents, Park W. Moorhead and Edna Moorhead (Bekins); and his sisters, Rosemary Blaine and Barbara Hostetler. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary (Alan Cumming) of Moorhead and Ann (Steve Forney); his wife Anita Moorhead; and his grandchildren, Robert Cumming (Rachel), Katie Cumming, John Forney, David Forney and Elizabeth Forney. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
