It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Sims of Anita, Iowa, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd W. Sims and Gertrude Sims (Smith); his sister Emogene Fulk; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Davis, Jack Fulk, Kenneth and Carla Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Mary Davis and Harold Sims (Edy); his sisters-in-law, Karen Bitterman and Sue Owens; and his nieces and nephews, Debra Cade, Jeannine Rook (Bill), Randy Davis (Becky), Denise Powers (Steve), Fred Fulk (Ethel), Jackie Sander, Cindi Wright (Roger), Kris York (Kevin), Dana Smith (Reid), Todd Gaines (Laura), Stacey Groom, Amy Hansen and Chad Owens (Shelly).
Memorials may be directed to the Sims Family to be designated to many of Dennis's favorite local organizations and charities and may be mailed to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home P.O. Box 523, Atlantic, IA 50022.
