He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Carr and Dolores Carr (Wahelleber) of Anita; his friend Joye E. Adamsen of Des Moines; his wife Joye Carr; his grandparents, Earl, Rita Carr, Fred and Mabel Wahelleber; and his brother Robert "Bob" Carr.
He is survived by: his sister Marlyce Carr; his children, James Carr, Clifford Jr. "Butch" Carr, Clinton Carr, Billy Simon, Theresa "Teri" Jeanne Cohrs and Tracy Jacobson (Bob); and his close friend Nadine Bender. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, friends.
Memorials may be made to the family for later designation.
