He is survived by: his wife Bridgetta of Andrew; his son Thomas James Dolan (Katie); his grandsons, Thomas James Dolan of Rochester, MN, Timothy "Timmy" Hoffman Jr. (Paige) of Cedar Rapids, Tyler Hoffman of Andrew and Trevor Hoffman of Andrew; his siblings, Ronald Hoffman (Beth) of Dubuque, Sharon Feller (Dick) of Dubuque, Patti Dix (Bill) of Dubuque and Martin Hoffman (Karen) of Dubuque; his sister-in-law Maggie Hoffman of Dubuque; his mother-in-law Eunice O'Meara of Maquoketa; and his siblings-in-law, Katrina O'Meara of Maquoketa, Heather Bauer (Adam) of Dubuque, Amanda Bicknese (Mike) of Oxford Junction, Lynn Adams, Jim O'Meara (Cheryl) of Topeka, KS, Tonisha Christina O'Meara of Dubuque and Bo Dean John O'Meara of Dubuque. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
