She is survived by: her children, Kathy Haverkamp (Dean) of Maquoketa, Gail Goettler (Ted Westlund) of Indianapolis, Sharon Goettler of Maquoketa and Peggy DeBoer of Waukee; her grandchildren, Sam Westlund and Emily DeBoer; her brother Bill Wentworth (Joan) of Spragueville; and her brother-in-law Raymond "Rusty" Hayes of Maquoketa.
