He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Wadsworth and Florence Wadsworth (Fox); his son Wayne Wadsworth; and his sisters, Mary Gaines and Marg Gaines.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Kay Williams (Coffman); his wife Karen Wadsworth of Anamosa; his children, Mel Wadsworth (Sherry Walker) of Anamosa, Randy Williams (Lisa) of Anamosa, Ann Weers (Al) of Anamosa, Crystal Edgar (Steve) of Hiawatha, Robyn Williams (Rick Glick) of Olin, Kay Paulson (Steve) of Muscatine and Nancy Schreiber (Bill) of Muscatine; and his siblings, Don Wadsworth (Bonnie) of Clarence, Ken Wadsworth (Mary) of Texas and Lois Hart (Ed) of Viola, Iowa. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
