With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Viola Kouba (Anamosa, Iowa), born in Oxford, Iowa, who passed away on May 27, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Koranda and Alvena Pavlista Koranda; her husbands, Harold and Joe; her son Kenneth Hodgden Sr; her grandson James Hodgden; and her brother Lumir Koranda.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Nelson of New Port Richey and Jeanne Kula (Tom Merritt) of Redondo Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Karenlynn Hurt of Springville, Kenneth Hodgden Jr., William Hodgden, Tom Hodgden, Lyle Hodgden, John Jones of Columbus and David Jones of Land; and her daughter-in-law Carol Hodgden. She is also survived by great great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
