He is survived by: his caregivers, Debbie, Jen, Melissa and Michelle; his parent Katie Heady; his cousin Juniper; his grandparents, Kim and Everett Heady; his great-grandparent Daisy Heady of Anamosa; his aunt Heather Heady; his uncles, Wesley Heady of Denver, CO and James Hoffnagle; and his cousins, Samantha and Breanna Hoffnagle. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
