He was predeceased by: his parents, George Watters and Mary Watters (Sweiger). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Watters; his daughters, Amy Watters of North Liberty and Brooke Watters of Minneapolis; his siblings, Tom Watters (Shari Rolfsness-Watters) of Grass Valley and Mary Ann Watters (Brenda) of Maple Grove; his niece Rochele Watters-Kniess (Norm) of Tampa; his friends, Lily, Wilson and Sydney; and also, Krystal of Tampa and Klea of Tampa.
