He is survived by: his former wife Lorraine Konicek; his wife Gloria Weers; his stepson Scott Walton (Tammy) of Cedar Rapids; his siblings, Gerald Byrne (Teresa) of Cedar Rapids, James Byrne (Kathy) of Cedar Rapids, David Byrne (Karen) of Cedar Rapids, Francis Byrne, Pugent Sound and Carol Goodman (Ken); and his great grandchildren, Sharon Byrne of Cedar Rapids and Lorance Weers (Nancy) of Anamosa. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
