He is survived by: his children, Tami Haverly, Kipp Haverly (Kim), Martelle, Kyle Haverly (Carla), Kory Haverly (Jenny) and Anamosa; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Kenyon, Kole, Keaton and Kylee; and his parents, James R. and Ina Bright.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oldorf Hospice House, the Anamosa Methodist Church or Jones Regional Medical Center.
