It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan Thompson of Anamosa, Iowa, who passed away on November 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Bowdish and Elizabeth Bowdish; and her daughter Pamela Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Jill Rich (Jebb) and Jeff Thompson (Laurel); her grandchildren, Tyler Rich (Jordan), Megan Crocker (Jason), AJ Rich (Emily) and Kaitlin Rich (Losiel); her great grandchildren, Charlotte Rich, Reece Rich, Thompson Crocker, Jasper and Oakley Moore; and her sisters, Rosalee Heffron (Warren) and Julie Dickinson (Don).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church (1340 3rd Ave SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403).
