He is survived by: his wife Marlyn; his daughter Michelle Moyer; his siblings, Janet Lynott (Dick), Judy Walker (Dale), Jean Schlemmer (Keith), Janice Richmond (Bob), Jerrie Osterkamp (Ernie), Dewayne (Pam), Allan and Steve; and his parents, Wray Allen and Gladys Allen.
