She is survived by: her children, Kathy Willey of Anamosa, IA, Daine Crowley (Tim) of Las Vegas, NV and Fred Austin of Anamosa, IA; her siblings, Ivan Jayne of Anamosa, IA, Larry Jayne (Dorothy) of Toddville, IA, Mary Heeren of Monticello, IA and Phyllis Capron (Mike) of Anamosa, IA; her grandchildren, Kadie Balichek (Ryan) and Dakota Clark; and her great grandchildren, Alaina and Addalynn Balichek.
