She was predeceased by: her daughter Linda Feltes; her brothers, Vincent and Harry Steffen; her parents, Charlie Steffen and Gunilda Steffen (Lake); and her husband Donald Feltes.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Feltes of Streamwood and Diane Feltes of Ankeny, Ala; her grandchildren, Nathan, Trenton of Crystal Lake, Julie Mahoney (Dennis) of Bondurant and Kurt Feltes (Mandi); her great grandchildren, Drew and Madi of Springville; and her brothers, Roger Steffen (Katie) and Herb Steffen (Norma).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Mary Ann's memory.
