He is survived by: his children, Angela Lyons, Amy Stecher (Al), Loras Patrick Lyons and Abby Kerr (Joel); his grandsons, Jack and Jase Stecher; his siblings, Eleanor Denlinger (Harvey), Carol Stachura, Rosemary Wiley, Jean Lynch (Joe), Patrick Lyons and Kenneth Lyons (Mary); and his wife Linda Marek.
