She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Coffman and Cathreen Coffman (Grimm); her husband Bill Wadsworth; her son Wayne Wadsworth; and her brother Richard Coffman.
She is survived by: her children, Mel Wadsworth (Sherry Walker) of Anamosa, Randy Williams (Lisa) of Anamosa, Ann Weers (Al) of Anamosa, Crystal Edgar (Steve) of Hiawatha and Robyn Williams (Rick Glick) of Olin, Iowa; her siblings, Robert Coffman (Darla) of Ottumwa and Cheryl Koch (Don) of Indianola, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Barb Coffman of Sigourney. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
All guests are respectfully requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
