He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Emery Legg, Sr and Pearle Angeline Crawford Legg; and his brother John Wilbur Legg. He is survived by: his children, Juliann, David (Theresa), Dean (Teri) and Janice; his sister Carol Dee Zeigler; his sister-in-law Dorothy Legg; and his wife Esther Lucille Held. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
