She is survived by: her children, Bonnita Martens (Merlin), Carolyn Walsh (Joe) and Scott Ehlts (Joan); her son-in-law Thomas Carmer; her grandchildren, Brian Martens (Stacy), Rhonda Caszatt, Gabe Hansen (Meredith), Jessica Clark (David) and Nicholas Ehlts (Nikita); her great grandchildren, Kathryn Martens, Ellie Martens, Lucas Martens, Olivia Caszatt, Miles Clark, Emmeline Clark, Josalyn Ehlts and Kora Ehlts; her brother James (Beverly); and her friend Marvel Jackson.
She was very active, even after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's five years ago.
