He is survived by: his close friend Nadine Brady; his children, Michael (Julie) of Morton Grove, Lynne Dekowski (Steven) of Austin, Margaret Smith of Kingman and Patricia Link of Des Moines, Iowa.; and his sisters, Pearl Schermann and Rosalyn Kramer of Farley.
