He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hitchcock-Moore of Anamosa, Iowa; his brother Gary Moore (Manon) of Florida; his nieces, Michelle Moore of Maryland and Lisa Hitchcock of New York; his nephew Joe Moore (Michelle) of Florida; and his brother-in-law Bill Hitchcock of New York.
