Galen George Ketelsen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2020, at the age of 84, Galen George Ketelsen of Anamosa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ketelsen and Clara Ketelsen (Gross); and his brothers, Hank (Peggy), Don (Bettymae), Cliff and Fred.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Wendhausen; his children, Brian and Darla Parks (Randy); his grandchildren, Joel Smetzer and Taylor Parks of Columbus, OH; his siblings, Maxine "Kitty" Siebels of Katy, TX and Steve; and his sisters-in-law, Corinnie and Marna Gaye Ketelsen. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to the current health pandemic, a celebration of his life and Military Honors will be held in July of 2021.
Memorials, in his honor, may be directed to a favorite charity.
