He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oltmann and Matie Oltmann (Dirks); his brother Roger; his sister-in-law Pat Oltmann; and his sisters, Nadine (John Blythe), Margaret (Leo Bonjour) and May.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Julie Brown (Jeff) and Ron Oltmann; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Behof (Tommy) and Parker Brown; his great grandchild Brooks Behof; and his sister-in-law Betty Gissel. He is also survived by brother-in-law.
Due to the current health pandemic private services will be held for the family on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the Goettsch Funeral Home in Anamosa.
