He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Oltmanns and Gertrude Oltmanns (Wise); his parents-in-law, Rhinhart and Helen Topping; his brother Dave; and his brother-in-law Russ Blattner.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Topping; his children, Chris Oltmanns, Michael Oltmanns (Patty) of Middlebury, IN and Heather Oltmanns (Tyler Koppenhaver); his grandchildren, Christina, Mercedes, Rhinhart, Dominic, Aspan, Brandin, Nicholas, Alexander and Kaydence; his stepgrandsons, Dustin and Derrick; his siblings, Bob Oltmanns (Joan), Evie Blattner, Carol Oltmanns and Jackie Lovell (Jim); his parents-in-law, Bill Topping, Karen Fleming (Dennis) and Ron Topping (Vanessa) of Muskogee, OK; and his sister-in-law Sharon Hanken (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
