With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Ammeter (Anamosa, Iowa), born in Delaware, Iowa, who passed away on November 27, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Bert; and his sister Verla Henderson. He is survived by: his children, Susan Martin (Dennis) of Fayette, David (Anamosa), Danny (Connie) of Floyd, Lori Coster (Bryan) of Marion and Michael of Anamosa; his siblings, Darwin of Cedar Rapids and Sandy Scott (Ron) of Brighton; his brother-in-law Merle Henderson of Coggon; his grandchildren, Jennifer Noe, Melissa Noe, Kristina Martin, Alex Martin and Kennedy Ammeter; and his great grandchild Ainsleigh Chambers. He is also survived by father, grandfather and great-grandfather and he will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
