It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Joseph Knepper of Anamosa, Iowa, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert J. Knepper and Mary Lou Knepper (Wright); his brother Dennis Knepper; and his grandchildren, Diamond and Donald Hunter.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Knepper of Anamosa; his children, Dawn Kousheh (Abe) of Cedar Rapids, Kevin of Anamosa and Cody Knepper of Anamosa; his stepchildren, Scott Hunter (Robin) of Marshall, Candice Becker (Jim) of Mount Pleasant, Chad Hunter (Kari) of Cedar Rapids, Jamie Schadler (Nick) of Dyersville and Brandon Hunter (Molly) of Monticello, Iowa; his siblings, Debra Adamson (Doug) of Hiawatha, Donna Novak (Rick Wilson) of Toddville, Iowa, Douglas Knepper (Debbie) of Kansas City, Kansas and Dale Knepper (Raemee) of Kansas City, Kansas; and his sister-in-law Joan Ellis-Knepper of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
