He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Hagen and Edena Hagen (Willms); his wife Ardis Heiken; his daughter-in-law Phyllis Hagen; and his sister Lois.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Secrist (Steve) of Sparta and Jeff Hagen of Woodbury, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Brad Secrist of Lakeville, Derek Hagen (Autumn) of Argusville, Vanessa McClure (Chris) of Woodbury and Kyle Hagen (Kayla) of Saint Paul; and his siblings, Eunice Schladetzky (Roger), Charles Hagen (Judy) and Keith Hagen (Carol). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
