She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Mershon and Leona Mershon (Holub); her brother Richard Mershon (Butch); and her siblings-in-law, Laura, Paul Rodgers and Kenneth Gissel.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Lou; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Eldred of Anamosa, Carol Mershon of Marion, Betty Gissel of Anamosa, Donna and Fay Oltmann of Anamosa. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Donations may be made to the Jones Regional Medical Center, St. Patrick's Catholic Church or the Anamosa Public Library.
