He is survived by: his children, Karmen Hershey (Ed) and Joe Bayne (Michele); his grandchildren, Kellie, Kaitlin, Kacie, Cavan, Nate, Adrienne, Brianna and Madi; and his wife Sandra Ellison.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
