He is survived by: his wife Judy Warthen; his children, Randy Warthen (Cindy) of Covington, GA, Sherry Wadsworth (Mel) and Kristy Shelton (Lance) of Spring Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Chisolm, Cassie, Remington Warthen, Beau Ludley (Nicki), Kristie Dircks (Dylan), Chance (Kayla), Tegan and Byrce Shelton; his great grandchild Finley Dircks; and his siblings-in-law, Dewayne Warthen (Pam), Jean Schlemmer (Slim), Allan Warthen, Janet Lynott (Dick), Janice Richmond (Bob) and Jerrie Osterkamp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
