It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Kephart of Anamosa, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Reed and Nettie Reed; and her brother Warren Reed. She is survived by: her husband Ralph W. Kephart of Anamosa; her sister Phyllis Stevens (Bob) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her children, Larry Null (Cindy) of Bricelyn, MN, Tracey Taylor (Mike) of Center Point, IA and Kevin Boots (Brenda) of Newport, NC; and her stepchildren, Randall Chase (Tabitha) of Marion, IA, Jason Kephart of Cedar Rapids, IA and Ryan Kephart of Marion, IA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
