He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gene, Colleen Dowie of Cedar Rapids, Jim and Betty Borgenson of Marion. He is survived by: his parents, Craig Spicher of Ft. Myers, FL and Vickie Spicher (Dowie) of Anamosa; his children, Hayleigh and Ayden; and his brothers, Joshua and Lucas Spicher. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial donations may be directed to the family.
