He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Bob Seely. He is survived by: his parents, Alex Seely and Cathwren Seely; his siblings, Braxton and Athena; his grandparents, Brenda, Steve Broulik and Harold Tash; his great-grandparent Bonnie Zuber; his aunt Brooke Johnson; his uncles, Tyler Mere (Tenisha) and David Tash (Ciera); and his cousins, Kameron, Addilynn and Skyye.
A memorial fund is being established and donations may be sent in care of his grandma Brenda Broulik at 417 North Ford St in Anamosa Iowa.
