With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex Leon Dirks of Anamosa, Iowa, who passed away on April 22, 2025 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Leon Dirks; and his grandparents, Earl Dirks, Marie and Lyle Russell. He is survived by: his parents, Susan Cairy (Stickley) and David Dirks; his siblings, Katie Sorgenfrey (Cameron) and Sam Dirks (Corinne); his children, Ravin (Isaiah), Austin and Chloi; and his grandparents, Eldon Stickley, Margaret and Tom Rohwedder.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Goettsch Funeral Home (306 E 1st St, Anamosa, IA 52205).
