He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Fultz and Elizabeth Fultz (Loy); his brother Kevin; and his pets, Gunner and Roto.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Buchwald; his children, Aaron Fultz (Noelle) of Ames and Shannon Hingst (Phil) of Shueyville; his grandchildren, Andrew Hingst, Jackson Steburg, Russel Hingst and Heather Hingst; his siblings, Terry Fultz (Susan), Connie Fultz (Curt Fuller) and Janet Barnes (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Galván, Danielle Fultz, Rich Miller (Charity), Megan Heitmann (Sean), Cerissa Fultz, Tyler Barnes and Rachel Barnes; and also Gail Miller.
