He was predeceased by: his former wife Katherine; and his children, Marie, Mark and Timmy. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Mike Toth (Linda), Tommy Toth (Julia), Teresa Harper (Jimmy), Christy Brokens (Anthony) and Chad Toth; and his brother Jim. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
