He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Barbour and Anna Barbour (Goodwin); and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Erica (Jason Andersen) and Joel (Annie Barbour); his grandchildren, Dane and Nash Andersen; and his daughter Iris Barbour.
Stephen E. Barbour, 65, lost his battle with Alzheimer's on October 28, 2020.
