It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stanley L. Lahm of Ames, Iowa, born in Kearney, Nebraska, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lahm and Hazel Lahm (Knox); and his siblings, Naoma, Ilia, Phyllis, Murl, Glenn and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Opstedahl; his daughters, Leah Bula (Michael) of Plover, Sheila Thompson (Bob) of Ankeny, Jennifer Bentley (Bruce) of Rosemount, MN and Jolene Duitscher (Dave) of Rolfe, Iowa; his foster son Steven Griffin (Melissa) of Grand Island, NE; and his sister Connie Hansen. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
