He is survived by: his parents, Robert Vidimos (Bob) and Kathryn Vidimos (Kathy); his wife Lois; his children, Rob Vidimos (Adam Bertagnolli) and Lauren; his grandson Atlas Vidimos; and his siblings, Tom Vidimos (Smiths), Tim Vidimos (Joy), Ted Vidimos (Geri), Robin Vidimos (John Purcell) and Mary Beth Tepper (Stephen).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials be sent to Lois Vidimos (memo: RJ Vidimos II Memorial Fund) at Midwest Heritage Bank; 640 Lincoln Way; Ames, IA 50010. These donations will be dedicated to charitable works in R.J.'s name.
