He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Streit and Bonita Streit; his daughters, Stephanie Borgmann (Chris), Jennifer Streit (Evan) and Jessica Streit-Hrevus (Jake); his siblings, David Streit, Linda Davies (Ian), Janet Streit, Judy Streit, Karen Bauer and John Streit (Melissa); his grandchildren, William, Winter, Evelyn, Rex, Maverick and Myla; his siblings, Mary and Duane; and his grandson Jack Robert. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of gifts, the family would ask for donations to be made to HLH Heroes Foundation, the charity founded by Bob's youngest daughter after her son (Bob's grandson, Jack) lost his battle with this rare, life-threatening autoimmune disease.
