It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert O. Kelly (Ames, Iowa), who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert O. Kelly to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Kelly and Oren Kelly; his sister Margaret Gould; and his granddaughter Amelia Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Zobrist; his son Ryan Kelly (Caroline); his grandchildren, Charlie, Quinn and Clara Kelly of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his siblings, Richard Kelly (Joann) of Larrabee, Iowa and Patricia Kelly of Arizona; and his brother-in-law Dale Zobrist of Washington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Mary Greeley Foundation-Rehab and Wellness Fund, 1111 Duff Ave., Ames, Iowa 50010.

A couple of years ago he took me out to "try" and teach me how to take better pictures. I will never be as good as he was. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family, friends and students!
