It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert John Fausch of Ames, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fausch and Laveeta Fausch (Smith); his brother Myrland; his son Steven Robert; and his brother-in-law Harv Etzen.
He is survived by: his former spouse Eyleen Bond; his wife Marilyn Fausch; his children, Cinda Hathaway, Cathy Meimann (Craig) and Kelli Maly (Rick); his daughter-in-law Molly Fausch; his stepdaughter Mary Neyens (David); and his sisters, Rose Ann Etzen and Mary Ellen Twedt (Roger). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Saint Jude Childrens Hospital or Napier United Methodist Church.
