With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Renee Marie Montgomery of Ames, Iowa, who passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Weigel and Rachel Weigel (Brown); and her son Matthew. She is survived by: her boyfriend Steve Borts of Ames; her son Richard Campbell (Cheryl) of Zionsville, IN; her grandchildren, Courtney Vesely, Drew Vesely and Dane Campbell; her daughter Michelle Hopkins (Justin) of Ames; her grandchildren, Joshua, Layden and Haylee; her sister Rebecca Coulter (James) of Centralia, MO; her nephews, Michael Coulter and Andrew Coulter (Ashley); her great-nieces, Emilia and Rachael Skjordal of Jefferson; her brother Randy Weigel of Olathe, CO; and also, Paul Skjordal, Joe Skjordal and Patricia Borts of Ames.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Christ Community Church.
