He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Miller and Florence Miller. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, Kimberly (Cecil) and Gregory (Jacque); his grandsons, Zach, Sean and Braylon; his stepgranddaughters, Genesus, Joyous and Justus; his brother Kendall (Alaine); and his brother-in-law Tom VanDyke (Lori). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many cousins.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the family, which will be designated to a cause special to them at a later time.
